Booth Assignment Policy

Exhibit space will be assigned by the Exhibits Manager after March 23, 2026.

You will receive your booth assignment no earlier than April 1.

Assignment will be made according to the priority number based on four factors:

  1. The number of years the firm has exhibited (1 point per year).
  2. The number of booths requested (5 points per booth).
  3. The contract return date (30 points for application submitted on or before February 24, 2026; 29 points on February 25, 2026; etc.). Booth applications submitted online are time-stamped by our database.
  4. Amount spent on Sponsorships and/or Partnerships (1 point per $250 spent).

Applications received after March 22, 2026, will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

Show Management will make every effort to place exhibitors together ONLY if both exhibitors make this request AND the point system justifies it.

Exhibitor-requested changes in booth assignments may be made only with the approval of each exhibitor involved and the SWMSE Exhibits Manager.
