We do not use a third party to solicit you for hotel reservations, decorating, internet, etc. or selling of conference attendee lists. Please refer to the Housing and Freeman tabs on our website for approved vendors and/or links. As an exhibitor, you will receive releasable attendee contact information at the completion of the convention.

Non Exhibitor Registration
Non-Exhibitor Business Membership – $250.00 per company
A Non-Exhibitor Business Membership is required for companies or school affiliated organizations who choose not to exhibit but wish to attend the convention, sponsor or advertise with Texas Bandmasters Association.
This membership does NOT entitle a company to conduct business or distribute literature and business cards to TBA/TCDA/TODA members.
Non-Exhibitor Business Membership includes one badge. Additional badges for company staff with paid membership is $25 each additional badge.
